Now that he's finished with the bad guys, super secret agent James Pond has decided to relax by doing his most favorite thing in the whole world...alright, his SECOND most favorite thing in the whole world - track and field with his friends, the Aquabats!
A spinoff from the James Pond trilogy of action games, this tongue-in-cheek homage to the multisports sim would be decent even without the aquatic theme.

The player is given a choice to either execute criminals or arrest them. Levels range from a 22nd century city called MegaCity One, a prison in a post-nuclear wasteland, ruins, and even the final showdown with Judge Rico. After Rico is defeated, the game deviates from the movie (starring Sylvester Stallone as the titular role) bringing the players enemies that are inspired more by the comic book series (from Fleetway Editions Limited). A confrontation with the Dark Judges on Deadworld is the actual final boss in the game. Winning this battle will truly end the game with the MegaCity One judges celebrating their victory.

Crime has become such a problem in the future that law and order are enforced by the Judges - who combine the roles of policeman and trial court, with orders to pass judgment and carry out their sentences on the spot. Based on the hit feature film starring Sylvester Stallone in the title role, itself inspired by the popular long-running British comic book series.
A rather tedious game with nothing to hold your interest. It's not horrible, but there's just nothing special about it. Try it, if you like those games that make you explore every nook and cranny of a level to move on.

JLTF is a one on one tournament fighting game.
Darkseid attacks the planet Earth, destroying a military base in the process. A member of the Justice League (that the player chooses to play as) tracks down the other user for information and aid only to be attacked by those heroes in their related locations.
As the hero defeats the other Justice League user, they deduce that the others aren't the real leaguers, but rather android clones. Coming to this conclusion, the hero battles Cheetah and then Despero for more information.
They both lead the hero to Darkseid, who then forces the hero to fight their android clone. Upon defeating the clone, the hero must face Darkseid himself.
After the hero defeats him, the other League user are freed, and the military base is restored.

The forces of good and evil vie for control of Metropolis in this Street Fighter 2 clone based upon the popular characters from various DC Comics serials. Take your pick from the Justice League - Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, The Flash, Green Arror, Aquaman - or from the forces of evil - the notorious Darkseid and his minions.
It's as good as any SF2 clone out there, but I question the logic behind some of the special moves assigned to the fighters. Other than that, it looks and plays great.

Dezaemon is a vertical shooter editor developed and published by Athena. This unusual title comes with an already build-in vertical shooter called Daioh Gale, but this is only half of what's on offer here. Dezaemon allows the player to create his own vertical shooters - draw all the in-game sprites, design the levels, edit enemy attack patterns, customize power-ups and even compose the music tracks. Daioh Gale somehow shows what the editor is capable of, featuring waves of enemy spaceships, power-ups, special effects and large bosses - and all aspects of this built-in game can be changed and tailored with the editor. ~courtesy of videgameden.com

This is a game based on the famous TV series Knight Rider starring David Hasselhoff, which aired from 1982 to 1986 in the US.
In the game, the player takes control over the Knight Industries Two Thousand, better known as KITT, a high-tech, fully computerised car. Together with Michael Knight, you have to fight crime in 10 missions and 15 races.

In this game, you assume the role of an elf named Link. In a top-down view, you tour the world populated not only by monsters, but also by people who want to help you, shops, and more. Here, you will fight everything from bats to dragons, and will be equipped with an assortment of games and magical items.
The game play is in an arcade style. Every time you die, you can opt to continue, upon which you will appear again at the starting location with all the items you were able to collect so far. Or you can save the game and quit or simply start a new one. There is no possibility to save the game in the middle (well, there is but that's not the original Nintendo approach).
