7th Saga features seven playable characters, each with their own motives and storylines, all on a competitive quest to retrieve seven lost mystical Runes. Players will encounter the other six characters, ranging from a Tetsujin robot to a malevolent alien, throughout the course of their adventure, battling or joining them in their quest. Once collected, runes imbue their possessor with special abilities, and a Crystal Ball map tells you of their placement, as well as that of surrounding towns and enemies. Graphically, 7th Saga is gritty and a tad pixelated, while the music lends a regal and foreboding tone. 7th Saga's most glaring flaw is the absurd amount of fighting necessary to gain levels and progress further in your quest. A great game but not for the faint of heart.

Sumo wrestling, like most sports, is an acquired taste. Western audiences for the most part fail to grasp the rich tradition behind this Japanese sport and instead focus on appearances - two really fat guys standing on a square wooden platform and trying like crazy to shove each other out of a ring inscribed within the edges of the platform. Once you understand sumo and its rituals, though, it can be just as entertaining as its American so-called "professional" counterpart.

Seems to be quite faithful to the sport except for some obvious Street Fighter 2 inspired touches. Great graphics, great sound, and good gameplay, makes a refreshing change from the usual beat 'em up.

ABC Monday Night Football lets you play as one of 28 teams in a Season, Exhibition or Two Player contest. Select from four running plays or four passing plays to guide your offense, with the option to change your playbook before each game or during halftime. Defense involves selecting the offensive play you think the opponent is going to run and trying to stop it. The game is played from a vertical perspective of the field without requiring the use of passing windows to spot open receivers.

Statistics and season progress are saved to battery, so you don't have to worry about writing down long passwords. ABC Monday Night Football also features the digitized speech of Frank Gifford, instant replay, and special Super Plays, which involve rapidly tapping the button while a cinema shows your receiver or running back in action. Only two Super Plays are allowed per half, however, and the defense can counter them by tapping the button faster. While neither the NFL nor NFLPA licenses were acquired for the game, teams and players closely follow their professional counterparts from the 1992 season.

Players progress through the game as a robot racing through a pipe, shooting everything that moves. The robot can shoot from both arms, jump, kick and punch. There are also power-ups and bonuses that can be collected to upgrade the robot's weapons and armor.

Expanding upon the action sequences of the original while shedding the simulation portion, ActRaiser 2 places you in control of a winged warrior who can glide, dive, swing his sword in any direction, and summon a variety of powerful magical attacks. Magic is now situation-specific and limited to certain actions, such as summoning the fire of a Phoenix to reinforce a diving attack. Graphics have been overhauled, with lush, detailed environments ranging from the depths of an anthill to a swampy forest, while the epic, orchestrated music has remained intact. Unfortunately, the clumsy control boosts the already high difficulty to insane proportions.

An evil lawyer has thrown the Addams Family out of their home and is planning to take their fortune. However, the family (except for the depressed Gomez) returns to the home to reason with the lawyer. When Gomez snaps out of his funk and finally arrives, his family is missing. You take control of the Addams? patriarch as he searches the house for his family and tries to save their fortune. He will have to run and jump through levels filled with enemies that will do whatever it takes to see that Gomez doesn?t find his family. But thanks to his trusty bow and some arrows, disposing of any interference is a breeze. There are also several power-ups available that will help Gomez, including extra health and free lives. It?s up to you to help Gomez save his family and their home in THE ADDAMS FAMILY.

Enjoyable platform adventure where some things are perhaps too hard to find. Quite a challenge for puzzle freaks, not for action types.

The game followed the Addams Family father and husband, Gomez Addams, as he attempts to save the user of his family who have been kidnapped. They have been stowed away in various locations in the mansion and are protected by a boss of some sort. The manservant Lurch and the severed hand Thing are the only characters not to be kidnapped. Thing will provide hints on gameplay whenever Gomez finds one of his red boxes marked with an 'A' for 'Addams'. Gomez starts outside the front door of the mansion. Inside the house, Gomez can move from level to level in basically any order. The player will soon discover that the mansion is full of secrets, hidden passageways and side levels and bosses (for the purpose of increasing Gomez's health). Gomez dispatches enemies by simply jumping on their heads (similar to the Super Mario games). He can also find objects to throw at them, such as golf balls. The game did not have a save system but, instead, bore a password system. Through progression of the game, the player would receive passwords, enabling him or her to start where they left off.

Platform game inspired by the popular live-action movies starring Raul Julia, Anjelica Huston, and Cristopher Lloyd - derived from the long-running comic strip created by Charles Addams for the New Yorker magazine.

I'll keep it short and sweet - the good movie got the bad arcade game, a poor platformer in which Gomez must search the Addams estate for the lost family fortune.

Based on the Addams Family animated series.

It is very similar to the original Addams Family SNES title. A major source of criticism for the SNES version was the lack of a password feature. A password feature is present on both the NES and Game Boy versions.

The plot of Pugsley's Scavenger Hunt centered around Pugsley's attempts to win a scavenger hunt challenge proposed by his sister, Wednesday. His hunt takes him to the bedrooms of each member of the Addams family in order to find one item from each.

If you liked the first one you will love this one! This one has more twists that add on to the fun! When you see the item select screen you will think "whoa!", but that is not all! You will also see that there is more than three bonus games; Hudson Soft added an extra one for the fun! Now if you thought the first one was hard than try this one! So that basically means that you have a bigger chance of using your game-boy as a football and kick it a few yards away. However there is a password feature so you can just stop playing until your calmed down instead of kicking a field goal with your game-boy. The controls are almost exactly the same as the one for the classic Nintendo. Using your fingertips, you can master the controls!

Control a present-day fighter to take on militaries from across the globe in AeroFighters, a classic-style, 2D shooter viewed from the top-down perspective. Opponents come from the air (helicopters and bombers), land (gun stations, bases, and tanks), and sea (battleships, submarines, spaceship-like military trials and plenty of fighters).

AeroFighters lets you choose from twelve planes, each with a distinctive character. Only four are available instantly, an F-18, FSX, AJ-37 and AU-8, while others have to be earned through completion or cheats (see game summary for cheats). Each character has a different mission base to suit their fighter, a huge range of power-ups and weapons, and a distinctive bomb feature for clearing the screen.

A 2D platformer starring the titular circus bat, Aero the Acrobat spans 24 levels, across four themed environments. In a bizarre hostile takeover attempt by an evil billionaire, the circus has been rigged with all manner of traps and devices, and overrun by clown henchmen whose sole purpose is to get rid of Aero. Using his ability to glide for limited periods, Aero must maneuver across tightropes and moving platforms, among a host of other impediments along his journey. To aid him in his quest to defeat the villainous Edgar Ektor, Aero has at his disposal a devastating spin attack, and once found Aero can throw projectile stars at enemies. Health and extra life power-ups can be found littered about the levels.

Objectives change across the many levels, and require Aero to jump through a succession of hoops or ride in log-flumes, roller coasters, and the like, while avoiding obstacles and jumping chasms. At the conclusion of certain environments Aero will face a giant boss character, whom he must defeat to continue onwards. Bonus levels take the form of a Mode 7 high-dive, where Aero must maneuver through a series of blue loops en route to the pool of water on the ground. To make this more difficult, wind machines will appear from the sides of the screen and try to blow Aero away from the loops.

Introducing our three chief protagonists: Aero the Acrobat, a daredevil bat who is the star of the circus; Edgar Ektor, clown prince and mean guy extraordinaire; and Zero the Kamikaze Squirrel, Ektor's chief henchman whose sense of duty and loyalty seem strangely misplaced.

Probably the most concerted effort by a software house in cloning the success of the Sonic series. Gets old fast, ridiculous in places, but you never lack for action. It sold by the bucketful when it was first released.

Aero the Acrobat has a really annoying circus music soundtrack & never quite lives up to it's promise as a Sonic beater.

Aerobiz is a business simulation created by Koei. The player controls a start up airline with the goal of expanding all over the globe in the quest to become number one.
Besides competing with rival airlines you'll have to deal with world events that can change the course of the game instantly.
In this sequel the player is presented with a wider variety of options in nearly everything, but the game play is much the same.
A very unusual game that's surprisingly addicting.

Aim for the Ace! is a story-driven tennis Super Famicom video game for girls, based on the manga of the same name. It was developed by Nippon Telenet and released on December 22, 1993. The main character has to win the love of an older student by winning in a tennis tournament. The object in the game is to beat the opponents while trying not to get distracted by the early 3D rotational graphics. There is even a practice mode for younger girls who wish to brush up on their tennis skills before taking on the real competition.
