Cabal is a coin-op conversion of Capcom's arcade game. The mechanics of the game are simple: shoot everything in sight!

The hero (there is a two player mode) runs back and forth along the bottom of the screen, ducking and dodging bullets and grenades from the enemy. The roll maneuver from the arcade was not implemented in the PC version. You return fire by moving a target around the screen which also moves your character, so be careful not to run into a bullet.

The enemies throughout the 5 levels, come thick and fast and there are loads of them, normal foot soldiers, tanks, helicopters and end of level bosses, like submarines and war machines.

Just about everything on the screen can be blown up or shot. There are bonus points to be picked up for destroying buildings and weapons to be picked up from the enemy, such as machine- and shot-guns.

A challenging third - person shooter.
The player controls an unnamed commando trying to destroy several enemy military bases.

Players must use a limitless ammunition gun and a limited number of grenades to fend off enemy troops and damage the base. An enemy gauge at the bottom of the screen depletes as foes are destroyed and certain structures (usually the ones that collapse when destroyed, rather than simply shattering) are brought down. At the successful completion of a level by fully depleting the enemy gauge, all the remaining buildings onscreen collapse and the player progresses to the next stage. Boss fights, however, start from the beginning if a player dies.

Your player is a Cabbage Patch kid with pigtails who is having a day at the park. A day that includes jumping onto vines and leaping over holes and bouncing onto correct platforms. A misplaced jump will lose a life and additionally there are a few creatures such as bees who end the player's turn when touched.

There are several screens of challenge with different combinations of obstacles.

Cacoma Knight in Bizyland is a fantasy-themed take on the classic coin-op game, Qix. Instead of controlling a dot, you guide one of three characters from the kingdom of Bizyland. Your goal is to return the darkened lands to their former useridyllic state, which involves drawing lines across the terrain using "magic chalk." Enemies will patrol across the lines, threatening to end the game if they touch your character. Boxing enemies in with your chalk will safely eliminate them from the screen, while surrounding areas with treasure chests will reward you. Complete each stage's assigned percentage to advance to the next area. Cacoma Knight in Bizyland includes support for two players, either working cooperatively against the computer or versus each other in a head-to-head battle.

"Welcome!" says the king, "Long have I awaited your arrival. My kingdom of Dirzar was once a peaceful place until the Balrog came. He has abducted my daughter and laid waste to the land. Now I must trust in you to bring her back to me safely and rid us of this terror." With that, you begin your quest as either warrior or magician to rid the land of the evil Balrog. A scaled-down port of the hit arcade game.

A side-scroll fantasy platformer that strives for RPG variety but ultimately fails. The RPG element tends to slow down the game, as it needlessly complicates the power-up process. If they had just stuck to the arcade element, then Taito might have had something here.

The Genesis port curiously excluded two of the four playable classes, keeping only the fighter and mage. The port was not entirely accurate although the graphics were similar, albeit with a much darker palette. The giant kelp boss was removed entirely from this version. The healing value of herbs, damage from enemies, enemy AI, and many more aspects of the game were altered. This is the only version of Cadash where the player can buy elixirs, which serve as extra lives, in item shops. The time limit, that existed in the original arcade version, was removed.

Cadash (AKA Kadasshu in Japan) is a sword and sorcery video game which combines elements of both the role-playing video game genre of games and the platform genre of games.

STORY:
The demons and abominations of nature who reside in the underground kingdom of Cadash have not forgotten that, thousands of years previously, they once shared the light with humans. Then one rose among them who was especially powerful, a demonic wizard born of a human woman - the Balrog. The Balrog promised his followers they could in time emerge from their subterranean prison and rule the world of men, taking revenge on humans for their prior defeat in battle and subsequent exile, if the Balrog could mingle his blood with that of a human king.

GAMEPLAY:
Cadash borrows many principles of Zelda II: The Adventure of Link's gameplay, combining side-scrolling platform action with an RPG system of statistics, levels, money and magic.

The Turbo Grafx 16 (PC-Engine) version of Cadash implemented many changes to the original game. Many aspects of the game were changed, including agility, defense, spell costs, and damage, to better balance the characters. Formerly challenging characters such as the fighter and mage were greatly enhanced to rival and even surpass the priestess. To accommodate the differences in hardware power, the levels were divided into large rooms and halls connected by doors and corridors, whereas the arcade game used large, seamless levels. The PC-Engine version featured colorful, new designs and graphics that are a sharp contrast from the darker shades used in the arcade and Genesis versions. The PC-Engine version did not allow any continues in one-player mode, although dead allies could be revived at inns in two-player mode. The time limit, that existed in the original arcade version, was removed.

Cadillac II (known in North America as Square Deal: The Game of Two Dimensional Poker ) is a video game developed by Hect for the Game Boy. This version serves as the sequel to the Family Computer game Cadillac.

The game uses cards to create hands based on poker. A full deck of 52 playing cards are shuffled and the top four cards are shown to the player. Each card drops down one at a time to a grid of 25 potential playing spaces. A winning poker hand must be made in order to eliminate the cards (i.e., royal flush, straight flush, full house). Players can only place cards horizontally or vertically; never diagonally. Players advance to the next level when all 52 cards have been removed. Each level gives players less time to think about their moves and the ability to have decision-making pauses.

Players start with $1000 in gambling money. However, an increasing number is required for the ante at the beginning of each new level. Antes start at $500 (in the early stages) and work their way up to $3000 (in the later stages). If he cannot make the ante, then it results in an automatic game over. Failing to eliminate all 52 cards results will result in a penalty being deducted from the player's earnings for each card left over. If the player is forced to use the "hidden" sixth row anytime during single-player play, it results in a game over. The sixth row is permitted during the two-player challenge. However, it makes the bottom row disappear.

After winning level 10 on single-player mode; the player will have beaten the entire game.

It is named after the famous Caesars Palace on the Las Vegas Strip near Las Vegas, Nevada. In this game, the player has $1000 in chips and he must try to become rich (or become broke trying to). This game gives underaged people an experience previously limited to people 21 years of age or older. Because the game was marketed directly towards minor children, a disclaimer was added before the title screen that the game is intended for entertainment use only and not for actual gambling.

Cal Ripken Jr., the ironman of baseball, leased his name and image to this video game version of America's favorite pastime. You can play by yourself, compete against a friend, or you and your friend can team-up against the computer. Other than Cal Ripken Jr. himself, there are no other copyrighted images in this game such as players, logos, or team names. There are 18 generic baseball teams, each with its own strengths and weaknesses. You can choose from three different fictitious stadiums to play in, and you can organize an All Cal game where Ripken Jr. plays every position on the field. League play consists of a 20-week season, but if you want more practice before entering serious competition, you can play exhibition ball. Other options and features include leading off, stealing bases, bunting, substituting players, and passwords for each season game, so you won't have to begin anew every time you turn on your SNES.

Cal Ripken Jr. 1991's Most Valuable Player in the American League. One of only twenty players in Major League Baseball to be MVP twice. An "iron man" in the majors, playing in over 1,600 consecutive games. When Cal plays, he plays for real! Cal Ripken Jr. Baseball brings that realism home. You'll get unequalled animation, accurate strategy-logic and players that respond to real game situations. You also get all-new, all-star features you won't find anywhere else: Choose your home field -domed, traditional outdoor or one tailored to power hitters. Play on natural grass or artificial turf and get accurate game play effects. Watch cutaway camera angles for realistic close-ups of the game action. Use Cal as a pinch-hitter for either team during the game - or create an "all-Cal" team that can challenge the best of them.
