From what I remember the contests are judged by there timing how there body moves and there outfit. I am pretty sure there are other rules but I can't remember them at the moment.

Yes this is a guild on DWO and yes I did have a second in command and I did leave her in charge but as soon as I left she started destroying the guild so I came back.
