Retro RPG on the PS3
Do you miss the old overhead style of 8-bit RPG games like The Legend of Zelda? Well this game is for you.
3D Dot Game Heroes is a throwback to the old 8-bit RPG games of yesterday. The game was made by From Software and published by Atlus, the people behind such games as Demon's...

Advent Rising
Probably going to be one of my last current gen reviews, but anyway this going to be long ass so prepare to read.
First off, before I even talk about my review, lets look back on what so called "Pro" reviewers did to this game. Due to the fact that it did not exactly live up to the...

Altered Beast (Arcade, Genesis / Megadrive)
A pretty under-rated game in my opinion...
Altered Beast was originally an arcade game made by Sega in 1988, using the Sega System 16. The game was later ported to the Genesis / Megadrive console in 1989.

Arena: Maze of death
(Vid review for those that don't like to read:p)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wzslYP2lW1E
As stated in previous reviews I grew up on the Nintendo side of the Console Wars and as such missed out on the Sega side of gaming. Recently I’ve been trying to rectify this by trying out what...

Baraduke / Alien Sector (Redux)
A re-review of the first game I ever done under the EC Gamer name...
Personally, I hate my early reviews for being so brief and not being to the point so, I'm re-reviewing games I previously reviewed from Nov. 2009 - Jan. 2010 (except RU Exclusive Review 1 - 4)

Baraduke II
Just as good as Baraduke, mostly.
Baraduke II was released in 1988 by Namco, only released in Japan...with the Namco System 1, but luckily, we have MAME.

Baraduke II (Redux)
The second of the Review Reduxs.
The second of the re-reviews of my early reviews back in late 2009 - early 2010. Today is the sequel to 1985's Baraduke, which is Bakutotsu Kijuutei (or Baraduke II)

Has it's cheapness, but good when you get through it.
Baraduke is a game released by Namco in 1985 using the Pac-Land Hardware. It's basically a sidescrolling shooter.

Baseball Simulator 1.000
The NES had a large selection of baseball games to choose from, but none stood out more than Baseball Simulator 1.000. Released in 1989 by Culture Brain, Baseball Simulator 1.000 allowed you to create your own team from scratch, naming players and giving them statistics that would be followed...

Bubsy In Claws Encounters Of The Furred Kind
In the nineties, Sonic was successful, and everybody wanted a mascot with a 'tude, 7up even wanted one with cool spot.
Though Aero the Acrobat, Awesome Possum, and most other attempts (aside from Earthworm Jim and Donkey Kongs revival) were pathetic, Bubsy is the worst attempt at a...
