Legend of Zelda: Link To The Past

Didn't see a topic about this, so thought I'd make one. I'm liking this game so far. Barely did anything, beat the tutorial and got a few heart pieces, but I played it a while back for the GBA and I remember liking it. It's for the SNES obviously but still loads of fun. Discuss what you guys think about the game.

It's a fond memory for me. I still own the original game for my SNES. So you've never played it before prior to GBA?

Its a fun game, but it was a pain to master because i forgot to save, and ended up doing 4 dungeons over.

This is my favorite of the Zelda games. I still have my copy for the SNES, haven't played it in a while. I liked all the hidden passages like the one behind the waterfall and the ones in trees.

with glitches you can beat it by the third pendant.

Never had it for the SNES, but picked it up for the GBA. Not sure when, but it had LTTP and Four Swords.

That is a good port of the game, though I hated the fact that they added the voice effects in. The loss of buttons was also hard to adjust to.

Cool. I never played FS nor LTTP. As a matter of fact, I never played any Zelda game past SNES.

But anyways, back to ZLTTP. The soundtrack to the game is freakin epic wouldn't you say?

I thought you had played LTTP (Link to the Past), seeing as you said you still have a copy of it for the SNES.

Is it available for DS? If so I would get it since my kid has a DS and rarely uses it.

Four Swords is multiplayer only, and is on the GBA. There may be a Gamecube version, but I don't know if it allows single player.

It allows single player, but to do multiplayer, you have to have a GBA and a GBA to Gamecube link per player.

Already beat the first two dungeons, on to my third haha. Loving this game so far.
