that looked good but the guy did not answer one of the interviewers questions properly.

when they were demonstrating the tag team action. the interviewer asked if they would have tag team fatalities using both characters to do a fatality. because the guy avoided it I am assuming that you cant.

the fatalities are mature though.

That looks sweet! Maybe MK has finally returned. I can't wait to play the new 2D play. I think 3D MK is what really led to its decline. This looks to be a great return to form.

Me too. I like that they are taking it darker again and getting rid of some of the goofiness of the last few games. 2011 can't come too soon SJB!

This looks like it's going to be amazing, I don't think I've been exited about a new MK game in a while. They're doing something right, a 2d style fighter.

It could easily be that they don't wanna spill the beans too early. I wouldn't hold my breath but I'm sure they wanna knock this one out of the park considering how mediocre MK vs DC was.

I doubt I'll get this but it does look awesome and they went back to what made MK good in the first place. That and tag team matches? Epic.

i love the way you can string together combos. and not just punch, kick combos, but punch, kick, ice ball combos. epicness.

I'm surprised how good this game looks. I enjoyed MK Vs. DC but it got old quick to me. This looks like a game I could play with my friends for a long long time.

I'm not a big MK fan and stopped playing the series since MK3, but this one looks impressive and I'm actually anxious to play it once it comes out.

Sounds more like you are excited than anxious. If you were anxious you would be worried about it coming out, and quite afraid to play it.

It does look to be a good game.

is this the first mortal kombat game since the collapse of midway games ( creator of defender and robotron 2084)?

because you know what they say about video game companies that close"the company might be gone but their names still live on"

I stand corrected. You're right, I'm excited with the game. It actually makes me want to play it. Hopefully I can get a system to play it on.

The one thing I really like about Mortal Kombat games, is the ability to not only defeat an opponent, but also to brutally murder them while they are vulnerable, hey it's kind of a Holocaust thing.

I really lost interest in the series when it made the leap to 3D, but this one should be good.

Yes this appears to be the first game after Warner Bros bought most of the company and renamed it. The last one they made was MKvsDC and it wasn't that great, imo.

What do they say about this kind of thing?
