Gaming Memories

Hey fellas, lady fellas, well this is my first post in a week or two and I thought it would be cool to hear about the memories about you people had playing these classic video games, good or bad. Well, heres mine. I was playing Super Mario World at my cousins house and was at the second area, Doughnut Land or something like that and I was in the level with all of the moving platforms with the on and off switches to change your course where the platform would move along and when I was just about to beat the level my cousins told me there was a secret exit and to get to it I had to jump off of the platform so I did and I got a game over and my cousins took over the game. It was probably one of the stupidest mistakes a person could make in a game but then again I was only three years old. I did get back at them by pushing the eject button right in the middle of the game, and if I remember correctly their files were all erased. Huh-huh-huh...that was cool!

Hello nesplayer2299, this is jerrycuff and I'll tell you my gaming memories. You see, I used to play stone protectors on the snes when I was in 5th grade and I struggled with the game a few times with Chester, however I managed to beat the whole game without losing any lives. Ain't that something?

I've got a million of them.

Once I borrowed Punch-Out from a friend, when it was in my possession, I lent it to a different friend who was not mutual, I knew this was wrong but I wanted to be cool, it didn't last long. Well, it came time to return the game, I was being driven home by his parents after visiting, and the were gonna get the game when we got to my place. I didn't know what to do. We got to my place and the entire family came in to visit for a few minutes, they were family friends. So I'm going through my NES games pretending to look for it, when all the sudden I was overcame by my emotions... I was out of answers, I was out of options... I start balling my head off in front of my family and his. For some reason simply telling them "Oh, the game is at Ted's house" was not an option. I was devastated. They did eventually get the game back.

Another game that I love to play when I was a little boy was tmnt IV: turtles in time on the snes. Man I love that game with a passion, I always take out the foot soldiers one by one until fighting the boss characters on first three levels. The only obstacle that gave me a hard time was the final boss super shredder.

I remember learning how to play Mario when I was like 4 to 5 years old . it was very fun learning experience . it gave me the love for games and continued on till this point.

I remember staying up all night a lot of times playing james bond 007 goldeye and perfect dark for the n64

I remember playing Mario party for the n64 playing so many hours my hands got really bad blisters on them . it was very fun though . shy guys lol

I remember when playing goldeye n64 . I told one friend I was like how do you open up the door and he said hear you press this button and I shot him in the head through the door in the game lol funny times .

I loved playing Zelda orc of time I remember playing that so many hours .

diddy kong racing and Mario kart loved that for days . had loads of fun with my brothers playing ice pyramid and dark water beach .

I loved playing super smash bros and had loads of fun with it . while facing my brothers a lot of good matches.

I loved playing simpsons arcade vs the world and old teenage mutant ninja turtles and power rangers and streets of rage ,. those were all very fun .

but yeah a lot more memories I can mention

That's awesome man! I am big fan of the golden axe game series, man those games were awesome especially with the magic attacks and the hard boss fights
