"you don't know jack" trivia series should have been up there.

[Kong]

@Jim, +1.

What are the funniest games on RU? There aren't a lot of hilarious retro games.

Space Invaders '95 - Attack Of The Lunar Loonies » Coin Op
Several text games are funny.
Toe Jam and Earl.

[Tails]

Whole Disgaea series is hilarious IMO.

Retro Uprising - Arcade - Dragon Ball Z The Legend Of Goku

Either this one or it's sequel re-enacts the Goku pulling down Bulma's undies scene from Dragon Ball. Hilarious to say the least.

[TrakMastaTom]

I don't like this list. Conker's Bad Fur Day had it's moments, but it also had a lot of poop jokes and lame humor.

There should be a Sam and Max game on this list.

Episode 1 | You Don't Know Jack - BETA

online version, only 7 questions per game, but still has jack attack.

if anyone else has never played you don't know jack, i would highly suggest checking out the link. for the fun of it, get some answers wrong.

You Don't Know Jack is absolutely hilarious. I know I have a copy of the original somewhere.

I've heard of it but I've never played it.
Is it that good?

The answer to that is the same as the answer to "Do you like trivia and jokes?"

Then I guess it would be alright.
Thanks anyway.

Edit: Am I the only one to think it's ironic Resident Evil got on both the top 10 funniest and scariest lists?

I agree about text games. Zork, Leather Goddess of Phobus, and Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy all spring to mind as being really funny.

Another series I can think of off hand is all the Quest games (King's, Space, Hero/for Glory, etc.). Sierra games always made great comedy games. Leisure Suit Larry is another one.

Lucasfilm adventure games did too. I think Zak MacKracken is right near the top in that area.

@sjb, click the link and find out for yourself.

Austin kung fu is pretty hilarious.

[Winnebagel]

I voted for Secret of Monkey Island. That's a funny one.
