Some fighting game on the N64

I remember that long ago, I played a game on the N64 where there was a character that had an attack where she shot a pillar of flame from the ground, and the final boss was called Dispair. Recently, I have been wondering what the name of that game was, because it was so long ago. Does anyone here know what game I am thinking of?

only obscure fighting game that I even know of on the 64 is War Gods. I have not played it, but I know of it....

no, it wasn't that.
If I remember correctly, it had a sort of overhead view. More like a diagonal overhead view.

It had up to 4 players at once, and it wasn't from a side view.

Nope, all I remember is that it was rated T, if that helps. but its been about 10 years since I last played it.
Try posting some pictures of gameplay, I know what the fighting looks like.

Yeah, that looks like the game, I looked at the FAQ on Gamefaqs and It had the names of the 2 characters that I remembered.
