i always thought of moh has more run and gun, while you had to use cover in cod, i like the crouch/prone feature in cod. guess it doesn't really matter, because modern warfare trumps all.

I really like the cinematic feel and awesome score in MOH. It may not be as realistic, but for my money, it feels more suspenseful somehow.

I prefer the coh series for the online multiplayer yet I haven't played the new one. (Modern warefare 2). The ai teamates seemed to finally give you a hand instead of moh where it was you vs everyone.

Ther was some controversy over the new warefare game though.

they came out with moh: airborne about 2 years ago, the concept was ok, you spawn by parchuting into the map, with skill you can insert yourself into really cool positions (i think there were challenges and achievement for it). but the game got bad when they unveiled the nazi, ss, supersoldiers on you. picture this

only dressed in all black with a gas mask on. yes, they hand carried machine guns. where was the ammo? who knows. i actually thought the game was ok until they showed in the 2nd to last level.

@winnebagel, that is a good point. i was so pumped up in allied assault, storming the beaches, some epic musical number playing.

I also remember in the first MOH there is a level in the sewers where dogs are pursuing you. I remember the intense music really took a level that could have been average and turned it into a scary atmospheric level where you thought something could jump out of the dark at any moment.

Of course you can say that, I say it about some games I have and play all the time.

One of them is called Medal of Honor: Rising Sun, which is a FPS featuring US Vs. Japan wartime scenarios.
While the game itself is not that bad, my chief complaint is how difficult it is to see the enemy.
Their camouflage works too good, and I find that most of the time I am locating them through the sound of their rifles.

Oh, what a horrible game.
I just love playing it.

I'm with tenser, I liked MOH frontline for the D-day level, but that's it. They both involve too many tactical missions... it just makes me sick. All I want in an FPS is a great freeplay mode like in TS2 & Perfect Dark 1. Something about games like COD really... I don't know, they're mediocre if I play with my brother, but they suck otherwise. Do you think they could pile more objectives into these games?
SOCOM is way worse though... UGH, I hated that game, and I'm not entirely sure why...
