snes racing

all i can remember is its a racing game for the SNES (at least im pretty sure, its been so long) its kind of got a top down view but from an angle, i believe you can choose different racers, there were jumps on the track and some of the tracks had spikes poking out the side, i also believe there were other random obstacles and items you could pick up along the track, and the music was some rock and roll music or something like that. this ones been bugging me for quite a long time.
