Can you slow down gif movies?

I was wondering if you can slow down gif movies, if not, can you save the keystrokes movies to your computer?

You can not save the keystroke movies to your computer.

You can slow down the gif movies by increasing the frames per second. This increases the file size and decreases the maximum movie length.

• Press Escape after the game starts to open the menu.
• Select Settings Menu.
• Select Configure Movie Recording.
• Change the Frames/Second.

Ok, that didn't work. It actually sped it up.....
