I need help remembering an arcade game.

It was a game with 2 guys and one drives the car, the other shoots the guys following your car. It was cartoonish and it was similar to the Startsky and Hutch game on PS2. It was an older arcade game, not in 3D.

I remember the game but not the name. It was a lot of fun for two players. First player had a steering wheel type controller and second player had a gun right?

Now I am going to have to go to the one arcade that I know of and find out the name of the game. That will bug me until I do.

This game is hard to play online because of the controls.

The default controls are
Player 1.
Insert Coin = Space.
Start = Enter.
Move light gun target with arrows.
Steer with left and right arrows.
Fire = Z.

Player 2.
Coin = Numpad 7
Start = Numpad 9
Move light gun target with Numpad 8/5/4/6
Fire with Numpad 1.

It is probably best to change this.
Press Tab to change the controls.
Select "Input (this Game)".

Change "Dial Increase" and decrease to something on the left side of the keyboard like A & S.
Change "P1 Button 1" to something near the arrow keys like Page Down or Numpad 0 or right control.

Then you would steer with A & S and control the first gun with the arrow keys and the second gun with the numpad.

This actually looks like a very fun game. I'm not sure if you could ever get it to work smoothly with the online controls, but nonetheless, I can see why you'd be looking for this game.
