I noticed when I went here(Retro Uprising - Members List) it says there are highest rated peoplae and I'm one of them, What is this for?

That just means someone rated you 5 stars.

Also they are randomly selected. 4 random people with 5 star ratings.
Everyone that makes a donation I mark as featured (also randomly shown on the front page) and I rate them 5 stars.
