Cartoon Personalities

Here's a simple and fun game. First pick someone who frequents the forum and match their personality with a cartoon character. This can be a newer cartoon or a classic, just try to stay away from the anime so more people get the joke.

Include the name of the character, the cartoon it was on and include a picture if possible. That then makes it the turn of the person who was mentioned. Think of it as a game of tag.

When its your turn, you're allowed to use any of the forum users you want but just one. You can even use the same person twice or the person who just used you. Just try to not use the same cartoon character as their are literally tons of them out there.

I'll start it off. Use this as an example.

Tekkaman reminds me of Windsor Gorilla from My Gym Partner's a Monkey.

(Surprisingly no pictures of Windsor on the web )

At first, I wanted to be insulted by this. However, upon checking Wikipedia's entry for this character, it's actually kind of a compliment. :mariohead:

Well, since I think that Tenser simply came up with this game just to call me a silly monkey, I guess I'll turn the tides back on him. Not that I've ever thought this before, but upon reading the rules in his post, it became quite clear what cartoon character Tenser is quite similar to:

Eric the Cavalier from Dungeons & Dragons

Seriously, I don't mean this as an insult. I really like the Cavalier; gruff and cynical on the outside, loyal and helpfull when it really counts. A hero with a heart of stone.

Lets try and pick on BRODYMAN shall we?

BRODYMAN reminds me of Captain Shanks from Sealab 2021.

Captain Bellerophon "Tornado" Shanks earned his position as Sealab's new captain by answering a help-wanted ad. A retired football coach and lovable redneck, he has all of Murphy's shortsighted idiocy combined with a Southern charm. Tornado's leadership qualities have led him to coach the crew in a football game against killer robots, declare Sealab a sovereign nation, warp the minds of Sealab's orphan population, and assert that a huge tumor on his head would go away through prayer alone, forcing the crew to shrink themselves and get injected into his body in order to save him. Late in the series, Shanks dropped his southern accent because "everyone thought I was gay."

Ok, who's next. Sorry if it seems a little obvious, but when I first read the tread's description this is what jumped to mind. I have to say, that her presence as the sole frequent female posting gamer among a sea of male gamers draws certain similarities between Celinta, and :smurfet::evil: :smurfet: Smurfette

We all know her, we all love her, and we pretend not to know that she was sent by Gargamel to upset our delicate balance. Just don't let her fool you...she's devious! :joker: :joker:

Well, seeing as I thought this thread was a cool idea, I refuse to let it fade into obscurity so soon after its inception. So, with no slight to Celinta, I am going to take up the reigns once more for the sake of the game.

Who's next in my crosshairs? Why none other than fedor, of course! And who does that he remind me of?

Why, it's Gir from Invader Zim! Anyone who's seen this show will understand immediately. :mrgreen:

The way Tekkaman is trying to get back at Tenser for calling him a silly monkey reminds me of Ren Hoek from the Ren and Stimpy Show, insane, jealous, angry, chilhuahua (don't know how to spell it)

This is what came to mind first when i thought of you kong, you seem very smart and easy going. The beast part is probably because of the whole Kong thing. Hope this counts he was in the cartoon even though this pic isn't from it.

Oasis reminds me of Fry from futuramma o.o
