Recent developments in the Scientific Theory Evolution

I just wanted to start this new topic because I think most of us are getting board in the religion vs evolution topic by debating round and round we will never get anywhere

since most of the people here believe in evolution or atleast part of evolution
I was thinking we can talk about and cite new or recent evolutionary evidence provided to the scientific community

or just any evidence at all

this topic is not to debate weither evolution is correct but debate the validity of the evidence

I want to know what are scientists doing today to add to the theory of evolution
what new or recent developments have come to light that disproves a past thought and replaces it with a new thought

in this topic I will be Pro Evolution and not debate how evolution is wrong and I encurrage others to do the same just talk about the evidence and what your understanding of the evidence could mean

if you want a religious version of this topic just say so and I will make one where we just talk about the scientific advances trying to prove the bibles stories (yes I know it cant be done but people are still trying to find noahs ark ect ect)

Re: Recent developments in the Scientific Theory Evolution

Where would be a good place to start searching for evidence on the web that's at least slightly plausable, I don't trust wikipedia for any useful information, and I can't think of any recent developments, we can just go back to the basics and talk about the evidence from the HMS Beagle's trip that Darwin was on. I have a whole log of his journey, It was an assignment last year.
