Roms and stuff

Me and my buddy Snake (Who does not want to join RU always ask him ) are beginning to download roms/emulators so we can play games with each other. Problem is connecting to each other seems to not work. I am using ZSNES and possibly MAME for the TMNT games, well I check Romnation.net and I don't understand where TMNT 2 and 4 are for Arcade.

So I have come to ask for:

A link to those roms and MAME emulator.

Support on why we are not connecting on ZSNES.

I felt like putting this on Hero board since we have talked about it here before, and would not like to break any rules. Thanks for the input! (P.S. if you could link me to Diddy's Quest without viruses, that will be great! Me and him want to fully play it as a team.)

After I found RU I had no reason to get roms besides a couple of Snes/Genesis games that aren't here.

Which is why I have it, plus I want to play with a friend I have known for almost 4 years. besides Chrono Trigger that I downloaded (Some sort of bug on RU's causes jumpbacks in time and resets stats) they are all two players to play with him. I ask for Diddy Kong's Quest because it does not work on the site and its taunting me......

Now that Tenser mentioned it, I used Coolrom.com too. I don't remember any issues and they had the games I wanted. romnation.com I've heard of too but don't think I used it.
