If the graphics weren't anime cartoon it would be M.

I'm gonna see if it gets good reviews, then i might get it or I might not. Hyped games do end up sucking a lot though. *cough*redsteelonthenintendowii*cough*

It would probably be the suggestive themes that make it teen, since the other two aren't really "controversial things" that parents worry about (not like partial nudity is appropriate, but referring back to tmt)
