XBOX GAMES AND PS2 GAMES

Does anybody know if they stop making Xbox games completely? Also the same with ps2 games does anyone know. I still have a regualr Xbox and and ps2 wondering if they still making games. Can someone answer this for me thanks.

thanks are you sure. I think people have backstock games that are new that they can sell. but they are not making brand new games for xbox.

I think they're either done or close to done with the ps2, and the xbox is done.

Xbox is done and has been for a long time. Sony is still pushing the PS2, and there will be new games coming out for it at least until the end of the year. After that I am not sure. There are a lot of games that come out on the PS3 and PS2 these days, for instance Star Wars: The Force Unleashed.

yea thanks. I know ps2 is still making new games bc there is a game i want and it is comming out for ps2. But your rite xbox stop making games for the old xbox a while back.

According to wikipedia, the original Playstation ran until 2006, more than 11 years after launch. The PS3 is still in last in sales right now, so it seems like as long as the PS2 games keep selling, there would be no reason for Sony to stop producing them.

And yeah, I still see new games come out for Ps2 all the time. No sign of slowing down.

I haven't been to a GameStop in a months, but I'm pretty sure game companies sre still making games for the PS2.
I think X-Box was done when the X-Box 360 came out.
