No MAME Games Working

I have tried several Coin-Op (MAME) games, but all get Error: Game Did Not Load. NES (Nestopia) and Genesis games work fine.

Thoughts?

Yep. Even renamed arcadeox.dll to force it to re-install.

I FINALLY found the arcadeox folder (for some reason, Windows Search wasn't finding it...%temp%/arcadeox).

Ruthlessly deleted everything in the folder and just picked a Coin-Op game and it worked once I went through the permissions.

It is indeed a hidden folder.

For some reason, my Windows Search indexing had gotten all out of whack, so I couldn't find it. Once I did, it was easy enough.

In the past, people have had their AOX folder default to hidden. Might explain why it was not coming up.

Windows Search doesn't index the temp folder.

Pasting one of these into the "Windows Run Prompt" or "Windows Explorer Address Bar" or "IE Address Bar" will bring up the folder.

%temp%\low\arcadeox

or

%temp%\arcadeox
