Help with ArcadeOX

Forgive me for being so naive, but this is my first time to this site and I cannot figure out how to download the ArcadeOX program that'll allow me to start playing games and submitting scores.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Describe the problem. Cannot find this file to download. Been to multiple sites already.
