Games not loading

After a reboot, when I click on a game, instead of the Sonic avatar, it opens a window for HostGator and the game never loads. I've tried it with several games.

I'm having what looks to me like RU server issues. Might just be some temporary site issues

Update:
I contacted hostgator and tried to get the games back up and working but couldn't get far with tech service as I don't have the account's billing information. I know our account and credentials with them but I don't know information like which email he used or his security code.

I tried calling Kong on his cell phone to no avail so I sent him a text message about the current situation. I figured it would be easier for him to receive a text message than try to access his voice mail since service is quite spotty in the area he is vacationing at.

It's the best I could do currently since I was on my cell phone.

no man, not sarcasm. Sometimes my meds get the better of me and I say and do things I wouldn't otherwise say or do. Then I'm left to clean up the mess the following day. I did actually read the other posts but couldn'tapply them to my situation. Also it's a shared computer so I don't know if it'd be cool to do the remote assist thing or whatever. Not that big a deal anyway. There's always music.
