it is a runner shooter where some guy in a suit that has super powers.i still have the game on my real genesis this game is very hard.

I coincidently added was adding some Genesis games when you posted this. I was going alphabetically so Atomic Runner was added.

kong has been adding it seems the games i tested for genesis if so i think i remember a double dragon in there.
