video converting programs

Sup. I'm looking for a program that can convert windows movie maker into avi, or 3gp. Can anyone recommend a certain download for me?

Edit: I guess it's not free anymore, it has a watermark now. Might wanna give VLC media player a try, it's free.

@ Steve: AVS didn't recognize the format of my vids to begin converting and the other one was flagged by my antivirus. Gonna try out Tails suggestion.

And VLC tripped your anti-virus? That is weird.

I figured it out. If I save my video as Burn to DVD it will save as wmv file. That's what I needed. Thanks for the help though you guys. Really appreciate it.

Movie Maker exports to avi.

Also Microsoft Expression Encoder or VirtualDub
