Firefox bluescreens me

ok, today i was derping around on youtube and chatting with drunkninja and brawlmaster when my computer suddenly blue screened...

after that i clicked firefox and everytime i opened it it would do the BSOD again...

anyone know how to fix this?

i ran my antivirus but it found nothing, and i reinstalled it

chrome works and IE works, i just like my FF

(Also im running windows 7 if that helps)

Katz, my comp was bluescreen due to heating issues a while back - open it up and see how much dust is inside, maybe it needs cleaning out.
Since I cleaned mine its been ok.

Another thing it could be is your power supply, as they get older they can develop problems that can cause this, so it may be time to replace it.

its also not that joe, i clean my pc every other week due to my cats, and it only does this for firefox i can do every other thing perfectly

Could be a bad sector on the harddrive.

When you get a blue screen there is white text. That text is not meaningless. It tells you what happened.

There will be a error code that looks like this 0x00000FA

It will start 0x have a couple more zeroes then have a hexdecimal number at the end. The part after the zeroes is the most important part but write down the whole thing.

Then google the number or post it here.
