SS:Silicon valley on actual n64 freezes during intro every time

Just borrowed this from a friend. Been looking forward to playing it, and now I finally have it. I'm not sure anybody knows about this game. It involves taking over animals bodies and completing tasks in this space biome thing. Kind of a weird puzzle action game so I hear.

Too bad I can't find out, the game freezes during the intro in the same spot all the time. Every time the Space ship crashes and runs over the dog, it freezes. I hear this has to do with the N64 expansion pak, and I believe it, but I have no clue where my jumper pack is now. Trying to find it now.

Any way to play this with the expansion pak? I have a gameshark if that somehow can bypass the intro?

More likely than not it's the cartridge itself, though you can find your jumper pack and see if that works. Otherwise, it's a dead cartridge.

I was trying to emulate it before, and it had a lot of graphic glitches, so my friend offered to lend this one to me. He said it worked on his one n64 fine, but not the other.

Edit: Thanks, I looked everywhere my jumper pack may be, but no luck. Last I saw it was edmonton.

I have my cartridge here, my N64 runs it just fine with the expansion thing.

Weird. I heard some work with the expansion but not others, I found a bit surfing google.
