I can only speak from my Canadian POV, and what I see is people in general being {taught to be} way too uptight over the Human body.
So what if someone's skin is showing? = is my attitude.

If women are confident and comfortable enough with their bodies to expose themselves they should have the right to do so {within reason, of course} and leering men with raging hormones need to control themselves {as you always should, gentlemen}.

Vancouver has had a public nude beach since I can remember, and it's a very popular spot ... but for the record men need to keep they hairy selves covered at all times, come what may.

We have food addiction and the accompanying health problems here too and I will even go so far as to tell you I know one person so addicted to McDonald's that even after 2 heart attacks they are still going to the drive - thru.

I don't know if you can make that claim. I just read that a reevaluation of the BMI puts people in the US at 65% or so obese. I can't verify that but I can't deny it either.
