Help me name the game (PC side scroller)

The only things i remember about the game is that it was a classic sidescroller (run, jump on platforms, collect stuff, kill stuff), 2D, you collected blue diamonds,
you killed enemies, the only stage i remember was dominated by a brown color (it may have bean bricks)
it might be a disney game
it must have been released somewhere between 1996-2004 i think
hopefully someone finds some of the things familliar

no none of those it was more like Earthworm jim and the graphics were newer like Worms Armageddon they were clean not to pixelated and i don't remember the main char (he may have had a red shirt but i am really not shure)
