hey any one ever played super nintendo with a controller that in the middle of the controller it said normal, turbo, and slow if u pushed normal the buttons would be normal, slow was like slow mo and turbo like pressed all of the button and it was great for shooting games but made long gameplay fast!!

Yes, its a pretty standard feature. I believe it was first introduced to the Nintendo crowd with the NES Advantage.

You can do this with any controller hooked to the keyboard. It will also let you adjust the speed of the turbo mode. It should be noted that "slo-mo" was just the START button set to auto-turbo causing it to pause and unpause the game very quickly. This feature will only work with games that have a "quick pause", meaning there's no large graphical change while being paused.

There's also a second way to do this on your computer that I'm not going to explain how to do. Mainly becuase it would allow people to cheat in the arcade.
