Error: Invalid zip archive

So, I was trying to play chrono trigger, but this message pops up and says Error: invalid zip archive. Please help me with this problem!

Are you interested in using Teamviewer? It allows Kong to see your PC and work on the problem easier.

What version of windows are you using? For example XP, Vista, 7.

Why do you use AOL? It's a pretty bad browser, you should probably look into a better one like Firefox.

So you click on the game and when it loads up it gives you that error right away? The game doesn't load at all right?

I know you really wanna play this game but again you have to be patient when asking for support. If you aren't patient and aren't willing to answer the support questions then it makes it harder for us to help you and it will take longer for you to get it fixed, understand?

I know AOL is a REALLY bad browser, but my parents say it's the only connection we have!

The version of windows I use is vista. The game I am trying to play is Chrono Trigger, and I use ArcadeOX full mode. The message pops up right when the game starts up, and the game doesn't work at all after that. Yes, it happens every time I start up Chrono Trigger, and the same thing happens to final fantasy 3 SNES. And I REALLY wanna install a better web browser, but I am not sure if it will work. In fact, I am gonna try to install google chrome right now. And yes, I am intrested in using Teamviewer. Just give me a link to it or however way you can give me it. So...I am sure that is all the information I have to give, correct?

AOL is your internet provider? If so you should still be able to get another browser to use. Google Chrome works with RU but it's not as easy. Firefox and Internet Explorer should be very simple(pop up asks you to download the plug in for RU). Since you have a Windows PC you should have IE already on your system. If you really want Chrome then you'll need to follow the link Tails provided and at the bottom is info about using Chrome on RU. It also has info about Teamviewer.

Have you tried playing those two games in score mode? Full mode is ok but in Score you can submit it for mastery when you beat it.

Did you ever play these two games on RU before and it worked?

Yes, I have played chrono trigger for score mode but it didn't work. I haven't tried final fantasy 6 or is it 5? Or is it 3 or 2? HOW MANY SEQUELS ARE THERE?? Oh, and I have played earthbound for score mode, but it didn't save.
