So it's been like 15 years since I played this, but from what I remember it was sort of a free-roam side-scroller, set in a multi-story base, which I believe was underwater. When you entered the elevator in the middle of the building there was a map screen to choose which floor to travel to. I also remember there being something like three playable characters, and you would have to switch between them to complete puzzles, unlock areas and such. I want to say the title started with one of the later letters in the alphabet, but I'm not 100% on that. Rented this maybe twice as a kid, and it's stuck in my memory because I was playing it when I found out my aunt's dog had died. Strange way to remember a game I know lol, but ever since I haven't been able to figure out what game this was, and it's bothered me for over a decade now...
