Xbox 360 Controller for PC Problem

My System is the 64 bit Windows 7 from Microsoft. I got moving around (the left controller stick) adjusted just fine; my problem is aiming (using the right contoller stick) it just keeps rotating around and around wildly. Anyone having this problem? Thank You for your time.

You could try hitting tab while in the emulator and going to analog controls and adjust the sensitivity.
