Having a problem with Monkey Mole Panic (USA) for coin op score mode

I can start the game but can't play in score mode. I think I need to use the numbers 1-9 to play this game cause it works in full mode but when I try in score mode it says it is unavailable. I'm using windows 7 and internet explorer 9 and not interested in team viewer

Sorry about that will remember in the future. Dang I'm 2 for 2 that won't work in score mode
