One of the most classic genres in the Video Game industry, the Beat 'em Up genre
has had many iconic games, but which are the top 10?

Personally, I think Viewtiful Joe should be in stead of Batman, and I think Streets
of Rage 2 should have been higher. And Knights of the Round and Cadillacs and Dinosaurs
also should have been on this list.

I was going to contest Double Dragon being number 3 but The Simpsons and TMNT was definitely better.

I wouldn't. I liked Castle Crashers but the game was way to short and easy.

That fine that you aren't high on CC, but it is seriously longer than most of the games on this list. I've seen speed runs of River City Ransom (with passwords) in under 10 minutes, and unassisted run in under 30.

Easier, yeah, probably because of save system. The coin-ops had difficulty cranked up because they were quarter hogs.

Decent list. Not perfect but not as flawed as most of the others.

What about X-Men? I would rather play it than Simpsons.

I just played King of Dragons. It should have made the list. X-Men ~~was~~ is a great beat em' up that should have made it to the list aswell.

Yeah King of Dragons and Xmen were awesome games and should be on any list like this.
