Ho, Ho, Holiday Challenge
(Read to Night Before Christmas)
Twas the month before Christmas, in a tiny room of the house,
The keyboard was clicking, some motion from the mouse;
The monitor was illuminated with that all common glow,
The common phrase uttered "One more level, to go";
The gamer was staring at the selection of games,
While visions of high scores being next to their names;
The site Retro Uprising had so much to offer,
The gamer smiled widely, they had to go further,
When all of the sudden, maybe an electrical shock,
A strange looking message, an error, "What a crock!"
How could this happen, I updated my virus protection,
This shouldn't have happened, is it my internet connection?
Then the screen went blank, with this tiny note,
"Take a look out the window", is what was wrote,
I got out of my chair with a question in my head,
To see four silhouettes, but were all dressed in red,
The leader I think, though I could be very wrong,
Looked like a monkey, he said his name was "Santa Kong".
Right there beside him, running all about,
Were three tiny moderators, to help him out.
"Now Sabby, go forth, the games need some descriptions,
And Hobbes, watch the forums for verbal infractions,
Tenser, with your schedule, please do what you can,
We used to have more mods, but I think that they ran."
The four went to the door and gave it a knock,
If they fixed my machine, they surely would rock!
I ran to the door with my hopes in a cloud,
If I could play games again, I would surely be proud.
I opened the door and let the guests in,
I thanked them for coming, with a big grin,
The mods took a look and began to ponder,
Kong looked at the problem, and began to wonder,
Then with a snap of his fingers and a pounding of his fist,
The computer came back on, was the problem fixed?
Kong said that the problem was not all that common,
All you need now is to keep that thing runnin',
I have a challenge that will take some time,
And when you complete it, the CPU will be fine,
Play the lone game that is listed below,
If you complete it, a badge will then show,
But only if you are the first to complete it,
So be quick and succeed then I will give it,
I thanked them for coming to my humble abode,
They left without haste and said as they rode;

It's once again time to ring in the Christmas season. As you go wrestling through the malls or creating the ultimate wish list, take a time out and go through some of the wonderful hack that were found about the holiday season. This hack is based on a classic for the NES: Super Mario Bros.
Luigi and the Christmas Quest
Goal:
Take a screen shot (see below) of the ending of the game (will say "CONGRATULATIONS!!". The first to complete the game will get a cool badge for their efforts (see below), but don't be discouraged if you do not finish first, the points for the challenge will be divided up and given to
all gamers who finish.
Taking a Screen Shot:
Press A when you see the message "CONGRATULATIONS!!" at the end of the game. Let Kong know that you are finished (by PM) and he will post your picture in this thread.
