Yeah like British and Canadian comedies don't make fun of the US. We all jab at each other but in the end we're all on the same side right? It's healthy to make fun of you limeys and canuks.
Btw I think british women have a hot accent. Canadian? Not so much. Must be the french thing.

Gotta agree and disagree with you on this one. The Brit accent (many different variations) is super sexy, but I like a lot of the Canadian ones too. Don't forget Amanda Tapping is Canadian (mostly). ;D

Re: Nationality
Yeah I never saw the appeal of Amanda Tapping. I know she's marketed as a hottie but I just don't see it. The girl from Farscape was much hotter(although she looked older).

Re: Nationality
you pick where you are born, You can announce your background if you choose, But in the end, The poll is on where you were born.
i.e. If you were born in blackpool england, etc. Your from europe.
i.e. If you were born in Calgary, Halifax, etc. your from Canada
i.e. If you were born in New york, California, etc. Then you are from the U.S of A.
i.e. If you were born in beijing, Sydney, Hong kong, etc. You are from other.
This is what this poll is based on, Make sense everyone

Re: Nationality
Yeah but what if you were born in Panama on a US military base? According to most sources John McCains nationality is American so you reasoning isn't working.

Re: Nationality
if you on born on any american property, military bases, embassies, commonwealths or whatever, you are considered an american citizen. hence why puerto ricans, people born in guam and so on are eligible for american citizenship.
you can also declare duel citizenship.

So, My cousin has that option.

Re: Nationality
Sez, I conceed that you know more about America than I do about England. This is partly due to the fact that, after all, I'm American.

Re: Nationality
About nationality, what if someone is born in russia but leaves there at around three years old. They live the rest of thier life in the US. Wouldn't it be fair to say they are American? I think some people would be insulted by being called russian in that situation. Just saying.
Also it's not duel it's dual in this case. Duel is to fight, dual is two.
Btw, I know my example about military bases wasn't great, I was just pointing out that there's always exceptions to every rule.
