It's important to note that Guinness reinstated him, but not TG or DKF. Given how litigious Billy Mitchell is, I suspect Guinness caved rather than face a lawsuit.

I've read and re-read everything pertinent, and it still ends up that BM is a complete and total jackass. I would tell him myself but Billy Jr. banned me from BM's twitch channel. Guinness caved. Not sure what's going to happen to Jace, if anything. DKF and Kong League will never tolerate his cheating bullshit.

Last I heard the people in charge of TG didn't comment. I guess they didn't wanna get sued. Pretty pathetic way to get a record back but I guess we shouldn't be surprised with that guy.

Speaking of Billy Mitchell, he's been grinding DK for the past couple of years, and he doesn't have much to show for it. Meanwhile, Steve Wiebe just picked the game back up, and got a new PB in like a week.
