The thing to remember is that Connor jumped up 2 weight classes. I really had no clue how this fight would play out, but all things concidered, it's really not that surprising. He believed his hype a bit too much and bit off more than he could chew, my hats off to him despite the result. Not too many fighters would do what he did.

Womens bantamweight is screwed. It's literally a rock paper scissors situation now. Holm<Rousy<Tate<Holm<Rousy<Tate<Holm<Rousy<Tate<Ho lm<Rousy<Tate<....

I betcha Ronda's rarin to go now though! lol.

Wow I didn't expect Diaz to win. It seemed like Conner just shutdown after that first clean hit to the face. Also wow Holm lost didn't expect that one either.

I believe what lost him the fight is when he started putting his hands down like anderson silva. He was in control, even though nate was starting to awaken.

I'm not buying the weight class thing. Like TIF said he started getting too cocky and dropped his guard. Nate rocked him and then he never recovered. Looking at the replay again I think Connor stopped fighting after getting rocked and he basically let Nate submit him so he wouldn't go out in a more embarrassing way. Maybe he got spooked after seeing Holm punching at ghosts as she lost consciousness.

He gassed, it was the extra bulk that caused him to gas. Getting rocked didn't help either.

CM Punk makes his debut tomorrow... any predictions? Honestly Ill be happy if he wins or looses, gonna be entertaining either way. My gut says he looses quickly though. (not an unpopular opinion)

I am pretty sure he is going to lose however he definitely has something to prove so he could surprise everyone.

That was pretty much the most one sided fight I ever seen. Aside from defend 1 rear naked choke, Punk didn't do anything that was effective at all. And Mickey Gall seems like a bit of a dick.

I feel terrible for her. Everybody is talking so much trash, regarding pretty much every facet of her life. It was funny when it was just me doing it, but now it's overwhelming. Celebrity superstar or not, she's still a real human. Going to be interesting to see what steps she takes next, if any.

I just hope she doesn't end up killing herself. She is already in danger of that and now with a big loss after trying to comeback from a big loss and possibly the end of her lifes work it's not looking good.

She should've came back and fought under card people until she was ready. Jumping back in at the top was stupid and only caused UFC fans to resent her.

Connor is gonna get rekt and fans are gonna be disappointed(but not surprised). There's a chance he holds his own for a couple rounds but I can't see any scenario where he even comes close to beating Floyd. I'd still like to watch it though.

The wild card is that Floyd is extremely good a boxing guys who do what they are supposed to be doing. Conner will be bringing something to the table that Floyd has not seen -terrible boxing. As ridiculous as it sounds, there is a potential for Conor to land one big shot and knock him out. Going to be very fun to watch unfold anyway, don't really care who wins tbh.

I think Floyd is gonna dance around him and get him tired fast. Connor doesn't seem to have very great stamina, he gets winded after 2-3 rounds in MMA. I doubt Connor will even get a chance to strike him until he's running on fumes. I hate lop sided fights though so I'm hoping I'm wrong.
