This is a rough draft. Contest is me against everyone in all Street Fighter clones.
Step 1. we create a list of all score enabled 2d fighters (street fighter clones) - an improved complete list similar to this
Game Menu Keyword: fighting
Step 2. We remove all games from Game Boy, Game Gear, Coleco, Atari 2600, 5200, 7800 and Lynx.
Step 3. I choose 10% of the games to ban. The other 90% are used for this contest.
Step 4. We set a time frame. Around 1 day per game. So if there are 100 eligible games, I would remove 10 (10%) and the contest would last 90 days - 3 months. Only scores set during this time period count.
Step 4. In each game at end of contest
If I have first place, I
gain 10 points.
If I have second place, I
lose 4 points.
If I have third place, I
lose 8 points.
If I am below third place, I
lose 10 points.
Step 5. If I have positive points (more than 0) I win.

One more rule.
It's unsportsman to wait until the last day to submit your best score. Submit as soon as you can so I have time to attempt beating all scores.
I have 1 week after contest is over to try to beat any last minute scores.
