There's a site that has you rank the top 125 highest rated games. It does so by slowly having you choose Game A or Game B. It took me 672 choices to fill out my list.

Sort some games or something!

My top 25 was pretty accurate. FF7 being 27th was the only thing I would say was inaccurate. Would probably put FF7 in my top 10. Not surprised my entire list is basically RPGs and Platformers.

With the exception of Sm4sh at #25, I'd agree with all the games on my list. Like ChrisP, most of my games are RPGs and platformers.

Mine got messed up. I don't remember it ever asking about Assassins Creed but it ended up tied for 8th place on my list. I've never played that game for more than 5 minutes and I'd never vote for it.

Yeah 125 games is not nearly enough for this thing to be even remotely accurate for me. I'd end up with games I've never played in my list.

Not to mention the list skews pretty new. I mean, Arkham City and Mario Kart 8 are pretty cool, but they aren't among the best games ever made.

I don't call myself a 'retro gamer', though.

I like playing classic arcade games. And some of the earlier consoles, Atari 2600 and Colecovision.

I don't hassle anyone for not wanting to play Crazy Kong, Bubble Bobble or Intrepid. So frankly I don't expect any grief for not having any inclination to play Zelda or Final Fantasy games.

I don't. I'm a big fan but I've never been very active with the games on RU, besides modding some and trying games I didn't get to play when I was a kid. I'd say I'm a casual retro gamer who is fueled almost exclusively by nostalgia.

Last game I seriously played on here was a Dragon Quest game a few months ago. I load up random games from time to time though. I've never been very competitive so I submit scores rarely. I only have as many as I do because I was the first to set a bunch when new systems were added.
