Best and worst game covers

I'm always amused by the game covers I see on RUs homepage so I figured it might be fun to post and discuss some of the better ones. I'll start-

Best-

Besides looking like a younger and less chinny Bruce Campbell it makes the game seem really interesting. Cool name too. I forgot to keep the page open, lost the link. It's Amiga if someone wants to help me out I can't seem to see the listing even with google.

Worst-

It wasn't bad for the time, it was probably actually really cool, but it doesn't hold up too well. Those legs.

I love the Breath of Fire one. It reminds me of a Conan comic or something. I don't like the Pokemon one though. Besides being Pokemon it just looks poorly done. I makes me think of something someone made during their lunch break and then colored in on the bus ride home from school.

Shaq is pretty corny.

I do not believe that there was not at least 1 person in the office that could have done a better job, it's the epitome of zero fucks given, a blank cover that just said "Wrestling" in comic sans would have been better. I don't think a more retarded cover exists.

@Steven, that's what nearly every SMS box looked like. What makes it extra strange is most SMS games were first released in Japan so the NA porting team had amazing box art available.

I went with it as the worst because it isnt truly the Bomberman we all grew up with, just a poorly made game lol :P

Murican Football was really popular in the UK in the mid-eighties, and this abomination was presumably an attempt to cash in on that popularity.

It's nice to see coaches getting down in the trenches to get the job done. Really though it's a funny picture. I think it's supposed to be the opposing coach trying to bid for to buy the runners contract. The facepalm is telling him to offer more money. If real football was like that I'd watch it.

That Strongman one must be based on a real picture. If not then the artist has a very weird imagination.

I saw this cover on the front page today. I've seen it plenty of times over the years and each time it leaps off the page.
