How do I get better at Beat Hazard?

I'm still playing on Easy difficulty, despite a high player rank. Any tips?

i never played beat hazard, but if its anything like amplitude or guitar hero, what i do is i play the harder difficulty till i master it

Well, I dunno if you're still around, but, if you are in fact playing the PC version, be sure to set your V Sync off.

"dont think about it. Just play it." Do your best to not just play the game, but play along with the music. I know that probably sounds weird but for Beat Hazerd and Audiosurf thats how I do stuff. Tune out the bad.. and just play with the music. Hell for almost all of my music games lately, I usually turn off all the sound effects and just leave the music. I know that helps me concentrate personally.
[I can tell you for a fact the sound effects in Finalfantasy Theatrhythm and Hatsune miku Diva F really do distract and take away from the song.]
