RetroUprising really needs more systems. So, here's what systems I'd request.

Disc games are generally too large to run in ArcadeOX reliably.

GBA has hit our "retro threshold" which is 10 years after the last official game released. It is now being heavily considered.

C64, Intelli, DOS, and the ZedEx are possibilities.

I'd have to look into the Neo Geo more before commenting.

I don't think the Vic-20 or the XE would have enough "attention draw" to merit the work involved.

Oh, crikey - I have to say I love the site as it is, but the ZX being included would make me Very. Excited. Indeed.

Systems like XE and Commodore are similar to N64 and Amiga. Will be big headaches with lots of bugs and disappointment.

Most Intellivision games have complicated controls that don't work well on a keyboard or without instructions.

DOS requires a major upgrade of our software and will be lots of work. The money raised from next fundraiser will might go towards that upgrade. DOS also has complicated controls that don't work well without instructions and can have similar bugs to Amiga.

I looked into Sega CD before. It is probably the closest CD system to actually working but it doesn't. Here is an example Heart of the Alien. Works better in IE. Takes a long time to load.

CDi would probably be similar to Sega CD.

3DO would be slightly larger and more problematic that Sega CD.

Playstation and Saturn even more so and would require a complete redesign of how we host games.

I haven't looked into Spectrum but I think it will have similar problems as C64 and Amiga.

GBA will be next.

Neo Geo pocket will probably come soon after.

I'll happily admit I have no tech know-how whatsoever, but this site has pretty much every ZX title playable thru Java at least:

World of Spectrum

I've never had any probs with it...
