I agree completely, and in that spirit I posted that comparison of a certain (Caucasian) politician who totally looks like a chimpanzee over in that 'Did you ever notice how ___ looks like ___?' thread.

I just wanted to show for certain that I can see the other side of that coin which got flipped around the other day.
Perhaps I did have a small Ethnix episode, and have since attempted to apologize for any misunderstandings, but felt the need to show that I can see the other side of the coin as well.

Well my father is from Mexico with like 50 percent Spanish blood. My mom was born in the USA and her parents are from Mexico. I was born and raised in the USA on a border town that could easily pass as a Mexican town. I am fluent in both spanish and english without an accent in either language.

I'm from Puerto Rico, 100% hispanic, I guess that makes me American =P.

I've lived in the USA mainland though ever since I was 1, my dad joined the Army when I was 7 so I've been around mostly the east coast, although right now I'm in Texas. English is my first language, no accent when speaking it, but I speak Spanish fairly well, more than is apparently expected of me anyways (all of my extended family are always complimenting my spanish =P). Don't ask me to write Spanish because I'm lousy at writing it XD.

I've always wanted to see the East coast. The only time I've seen that ocean is ffrom North Carolina. Great Beach though.

Boy, I ought to scalp you. My grandfather was 100% Comanche, not Navajo. You need to pay more attention to me when I talk about our heritage.

As for me " American but my maternal grandfather was Native American as mentioned above, my maternal grandmother was Irish, and my paternal grandparents were both full Welsh.
