You should add Ellen to that list, she's just awful and so many people trump her up like she's awesome.

I agree that Cook and the Blue Collar guys are somewhat overhyped and played out but they have some funny material. Cook is a spaz but he has some good observations(or his writers do). I like Larry the Cable guy but only because he really knows his redneck crowd. He's cashing in and staying in character.

On topic I don't mind Dunham but I won't watch him unless I'm forced to. Also I think he did a performance at my middle school years ago. Unless it was some other guy with very similar puppets. I remember being unimpressed so it probably was him.
