American version isn't available. I believe only difference is game's name, do you know another?
You could try Lynx version, too.

Metal Slug will probably not be added because the file sizes for those games are huge.

Metal Slug is 24.125 MB (already larger than most games on this site)
Metal Slug 2 is 45.25 MB
Metal Slug X is 63.25 MB
Metal Slug 3 is 88.5 MB

The following were added today (I finally got the nerve to try again since the first time I screwed up on the coin op game, lost drive)

REMEMBER, if you play them, and find a bug report it, all I am doing is checking to see if the game loads past title screen.

Marvel vs. Capom 2: 168.6MB on the Naomi system (aka AC version of Dreamcast). So yes it is too big. Even if it were on the site your computer would not be able to run it at any decent speed (probably less than 20%).

MAME will run Neo Geo games no problem, in fact many games on RU are for Neo Geo system, however the filesize for Metal Slug games is too big and would require too much bandwidth since a lot of people would play them.

Don't know if it is too big, but one of my favorites was the 2 on 2 open ice challenge. Basically a hockey version of NBA Jam. I must have put 100 bucks in that machine over the years.

2 on 2 Open Ice Challenge: 21MB on Midway Wolf System. Same hardware as Mortal Kombat III. This game looks very pretty in motion =).

Judging from the notes in the driver, it looks like the CPU runs at 50Mhz, which is very fast. I don't know if it will get 100% on most computers through ArcadeOX.

The way hackeynut described the game is 100% accurate. It is very much like an ice hockey version of NBA Jam. Two players per team + a goalie, the gameplay is fast-paced, simple and to the point, covering the main aspects of hockey without going too in depth into the sport. Also like NBA Jam it is a moneymaker, demanding 6 credits per full game. It looks like it would be totally fun if you had 4 people going for a full game.

Going on fire in immensely amusing as well. Nothing like firing a flaming puck at Patrick Roy from a player that is 34 feet tall.
