Between the moans groans about Frank West not being in yet and Megaman sucks in fighting games. I really can't wait for this game to come out so this thread can be locked already.

Well, I do too.

To be honest, I'm really psyched for MvC3, but as I've said before, I'm disappointed Capcom
decided to save to fan favorites for profit.

I've tried to be nice about this before but I take offense to that comment. YOU and people like you have horrible taste in characters. You know nothing of real characters apparently and you seemingly have no interest in learning about them.

Hey, I'm basing it on personal experience.

95% of my high school and college friends prefered a characters machismo over
a characters personality. In high school, my Final Fantasy friends found Cecil and
Bartz to be pansies because of their personalities and prefered Squall and Cloud
because of their attacks and detatched personalties.

Hell, they think Kefka is a wannabe powerless clown.
I'm the only one of my group who thinks he's cool.

More of my friends know who Frank West, Max Payne, Solid Snake, and Squall
Leonhart is than Locke Cole, Mike Haggar, or Simon Belmont.

I don't mean my school individually, I meant to use my school as an example of the
modern high school/college video gamer. I only know 3 other people that bought
Final Fantasy XIII, but all of my friends bought Modern Warfare 2.

Besides, a friend of mine going to Brown says his favorite video game character is Captain Falcon.

Well my littl sis is happy. My 7 year old sister is a big akuma fan so, the fact Akuma, Zero, Felicia, and dead pool are in makes her happy. Sad thing is that most of those chars Im happy with as well. Though id have saved Akuma and put in Ken as well as DLC instead. Akuma is a cool char yeah, but we already have ryu there.. and with all of the anti shota people around. ID have left Akuma as a DLC optional instead. But anyway, im hopping to see Ken and Strider as DLC. ID also like Frank and Tailbain to be in as well.

I like how phoenix is looking actually. Im glad to see such an awesome villain taking part^^. I was worried it was the whiney pain Jean grey originally but now that I know its blood Dark phoenix. Thats gonna be awesome.

But stll yeah.. my 7 year old, barney fan sis... is hyper about dead pool and akuma.. ... hmmm... Zero makes sense, shes always loved watching my play MMx4-x6, as well as teh Zero games I play on computer. (GETTING A DS soon and ZERO COLLECTION! WOOO!) Felicia also makes sense.. Rowena likes cats and Felicia is her fave darkstalker so... But had no idea she cared so much about DEADPOOL and Akuma..

Final Fantasy XIII, but all of my friends bought Modern Warfare 2.

But to me both of those are equally over hyped and aren't as good as most people think. Of the two I'd say FF is worse because it's so linear and boring, from what I've read and heard. At least MW2 is constant fun multiplayer, from experience.

We know every top tier character will be represented in some shape or form, like Cable was
replaced by Chris, so some Marvel charcater will replace Sentinel since we know the last
Capcom character will be a Darkstalker. If I had to guess, Ultron may have replaced him.

I am so looking forward to this, as is the rest of the family actually. Hell even mom and dad appear interested. o.O Teh cast so far actually has them interested. And honestly, Im hoping Ken shows up DLC, along with Strider and a few others. I am glad to see that many of the lesser known heroes and vllians are getting a shot in teh fighting game spot light. MODOK is really nteresting, as is the inclusion of super skrull. Im also interested in the special dialog. For example dead pool beating magneto, or iron man and the, bionic arm dude (forgot his name LOL) Like with tatsu, we appear to get some old classics, some fan faves, as well as.. I dunno.. actual combat variety.

I will admit though.. when I watched video of the Bionic arm dude I couldn't help but think of the 'get over here' quote from mortal kombat. I just hope they make the online match ups fairer ( putting lower ranked fighters against lower ranked fighters for example I hate loading up and getting utterly pounded by people who are a thousand times better than I am.)
