You think it's his silhouette. It could be some other character who happens to stand like him or you could be just projecting your wishes onto it and seeing more than what's actually there.

Btw C. Viper is awful, they should just remove her and make a better character.

They wanted to add a Street Fighter 4 character and she's very popular.
I would have prefered Gouken or Juri if you ask me.

The reason I think it's Frank is because, what other Capcom character looks like him aside
from Chuck from Dead Rising 2? I bet they're saving him until after Case West is released.

Capcom has also stated several times that the silhouettes don't necessarily mean a character will be in the game anyway.

Also the game is completed, so why would they use Frank's sihouette if he's out?

Finally, ESRB said a character says "Ya got any naked pictures of your mom? Want some?" I
honestly think it would be something Deadpool would say to Frank.

Oh wait, something Frank would say would be:

His only line in battle would be "I covered wars, you know?" and his only victory quote would be "I covered wars, you know?".

Where are you getting this info? Since when is the ESRB allowed to leak information? I sincerily doubt Capcom is going to include that line.

Capcom has to use that line, if they change anything they have to resend it to ESRB for review.

I can't ever recall a game that had this much hype to it, this game better deliver.

Not matter how good it actually is it will not deliver when compared to the hype. They'll sell tons of units but I bet the general feeling from fans will be meh after a week or so. In the end it's just a fighting game recycling characters and not actually being creative.

Not what I'm saying. My point is most fighting games try to add new characters or innovate in some way. This game is relying on brand/character recognition. It does take some creativity to make moves for all these characters but it's still not as creative as making an entire character from scratch. They have characters who are already popular, some fans would love them regardless of the moves they end up with. Know what I mean? It takes almost no risks.
