Yeah, but doesn't she also have a hyper finish that grants her a revival? I'm pretty sure I saw her do that in one of the vids you posted. She gets her life bar refilled and gets a big power boost and new found abilities.

Hulk deals the second most (by the looks of it) amount of damage, Haggar seems to do more.
But Dante can kill her off with one of his combos, and he doesn't do too much damage himself.

It seems a little unbalanced to me.

Why is he so low is what I am getting at. Now I've never seen him lift anything but he's a robot for crying out loud, I'd at least put him above Ryu.

Ok but I'm leaving Hulk up because there should be no debate about his superior strength. He's gone up against the strongest beings in the Marvel universe and none have been able to match him. Gods have speculated about the limitlessness of his power, that should say it all. Even they can't measure it.

Just a note: HULK lifted Thor's hammer with brute force as it is light as a feather for one worthy of wielding it. Hulk is not worthy as far as the hammer knows.
